She has a wide range of experience within the private, public and voluntary sectors.

Kasia is an authority on cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and co-author of a new book entitled ‘Understanding CBT: Develop Your Own Toolkit to Reduce Stress and Increase Well-being’. She has also published various chapters and articles on different topics including: stress and burnout; fear of flying; expectations students have of training; the application of cognitive behavioural therapy and coaching.
